Muse Med Spa — Local services in Columbus

Bad experience with my lash extensions I went to Muse med spa in Columbus a week ago for the first time. I booked my first ever lash appointment (The “Keeping it classy” set) with them and was super nervous but excited. Unfortunately, things did not go how I expected and it’s just getting worse as time goes on. I took these pictures today… only a week after getting them done and this is how my lashes look…. bad I know….No i’m not using oils based facial products….no i’m not sleeping on them… idk what’s up! I spent $160 on these lashes and the retention is pretty bad. I hate to be flaming this salon because the woman who did my lashes was very nice however this is not at all what I wanted nor expected. I wish these lashes would come off sooner so I didn’t have to pay for a removal somewhere else. My lashes also didn’t really turn out like the reference picture I gave but i’m chalking that up to me having a different eye shape then the model. Two stars only because they tried to fix the issue, unsuccessfully. I moved here from Cincy and have had eyelash extensions for 6+ years from multiple lash artists. I’ve never had so many issues with my lash retention. Within two days of getting a full set, it looked like I was due for a full set. Lashes all over my apartment from them falling off. Not from natural shedding, my natural lash was not attached. Went in for a touch up (requested within 24 hours of full set, just couldn’t get in right away) after five days and by the weekend, my coworkers asked what happened to my lashes. Upset I wasted $200+ on basically nothing since I have to buy a full set at another...

This is my new favorite place. I came in for lash extensions and mentioned being interested in lip fullers but was nervous. Tessa and Jana were amazing at showing me pictures, walking through the process, and making me feel comfortable enough to get them. I was a little stressed during and they reassured me, showed me the progression, and were so supportive. I left with not only perfect lashes but really gorgeous lips. I will definitely be back soon for a lash...
