Posh! Nails - Downtown Columbus — Local services in Columbus

So I’m not new to getting my nails done. For years I went with the basic acrylic set as everyone was. But then a couple years ago I went to Massachusetts and got my first gel x set. And as pretty as they were, they didn’t last long and popped off within two weeks. When I got back to Arizona I tried looking for someone who did gel x, but it was all people who were self taught and after trying it out, they still weren’t staying on.

Then I moved here to Columbus and after spending months looking for a house and going to school, I decided to pamper myself and get my nails done. That’s when I found Posh! Nails Downtown. I walked in same day and even though they couldn’t get me in that moment, they made a same day appointment for me to come back later. When I did I was paired with Vanda. And she is a goddess. She’s lovely and funny and super nice. She made my whole appointment a fun one to be at. She had me laughing!

And now about her work, she is AMAZING. She KILLED it on the design and her technique to get these babies to stay?! Perfection. It’s been 3 weeks to the day since I got my nails done and they are holding on STRONG. And I hit and bend my nails on EVERYTHING. They’ve held up against me deep cleaning my house, weeks of dishes, and every day life. Not one has broken and the grow out is minimal. I’ve definitely found my nail artists and my home salon 🩵 I can’t wait to come back and see Vanda kill...

So I haven't had my nails done here yet but I paid 200 for lash n brow tint n lift but my eyebrows OMGGGG this woman had me in tears over em. She had them straight brushed up and left them like that and was like how do u like em?? I know bushy is the style or w.e. but it looked like some Burt & Ernie eyebrows and they were sooo dark not to mention she left all the strays didn't pull any of em and for 100$ I think she could cleaned em up smh I had to go out of town wit em like that too. Went back 2 days later and she "fixed" em all she did was wax but I was still crying then about it. The eyelashes were ok it was itchy definitely not worth a 100$$!!! So embarrassed to post the pic of em. Won't be getting that done again at least not from there. I am goin to try my nails there though. My eyelashes were just done in this pic too but ya really can't tell. Oh yea she never even told me what she was gonna do when I asked she only told me that it was like a perm for ur lashes. Not even when I asked about the brows...

UPDATE:

So. due to moving both work and home locations completely away from POSH, I changed salons. (Worthington Galena and Sancus It was convenient, always could get in without waiting a week, cheaper and a card for $10 off after so many visits. When the owner of new salon did them, they were just pretty good; however, didn’t last as long but it continued. Long story short, I soaked the gif set, per their suggestion, got a new set@ 2 weeks later 4 broke off and they already needed balanced! When I went To complain they were Rude, insensitive and BLAMED ME. It was horrible! I went back to POSH apologizing for chesterfield no. I learned tgat peanut butter isn’t the only thing that can cut corners on. Sometimes laying air more ; especially if it lasts longer, is wellWORYB IT!!
