Couldn’t recommend this place more highly! It was the second place I went to and by far the best. My stylist, Kalista, was so sweet and helpful and had clearly done her homework, reviewing my Pin board and finding dresses that looked like all the ones I’d wanted to try on. I’d also done my research before coming into the store and texted an associate a screenshot of one from their website that I knew I wanted to try on - it ended up being the one, but there was another contender, and three different stylists in the store gave me their input as I deliberated between the two and texted my bridesmaids. I never felt rushed or pressured - just totally supported and heard and echoed by their staff. I feel 100% confident that I made the right decision for me.

I am SO stoked about the dress. And I did not think that would be possible after a disappointing experience I had the week prior at a smaller bridal boutique, where things worked very differently than they do at Luxe Redux. At the other place, they’d put you in dirty dresses that were nowhere near your size and expect you to want to drop a couple grand on a special order of the dress in your size without ever having experienced feeling good in it. I like how, by contrast, Luxe Redux will only put you in dresses that fit you or could be slightly altered to fit you, and the dresses are kept in great condition so you can walk out with your favorite that same day - and you’ll want to because they are on sale (mine was 40% off original price), probably the only one in store, and not available for order online, so you’ll want to grab it while you can. I’m so glad I did! Thank you, Kalista and Luxe Redux Bridal!

PS/update - Didn't want to say this in my original review, since the dress details were a secret from my now-husband, but the dress I picked out (Robert Bullock - Vivica) has hand-painted gold and silver flowers on it, which I find so unbelievably awesome. Kudos to Luxe Redux on great curation. Would pick this one again and again! Also recommend Sands Bridal & Custom Alterations in Reynoldsburg for tailoring -- her prices...

Luxe was my third appointment to try on dresses. I hadn't really liked anything I had tried at my previous appointments and was starting to feel discouraged, but that all changed as soon as I walked in the door and got acquainted with Natalee!

The boutique itself was wonderful and epitomized the ideal dress shopping experience. It was light, airy, feminine, and modern. It's definitely a place you want to shop and makes you feel like a bride-to-be from the second you walk in the door. The parking can be limited though, so I'd recommend showing up a few minutes early to make sure you have time to find a spot.

My stylist's name was Natalee and she was such a pleasure to work with. She was friendly, energetic, professional, efficient, and she knew exactly how to help me find the perfect dress. I wasn't initially sure what I was looking for and I didn't have a "vision," so she started by pulling a variety of styles, let me take pictures, and encouraged me to compare the dresses in a ranking system to narrow down the selection. Everything she pulled was so gorgeous and so beautiful that I honestly had a really difficult time eliminating any of them! Natalee is truly great at what she does and managed to pull so many styles that flattered me and were all also under budget.

At the end of my appointment I wasn't ready to commit, I like to sleep on big decisions and I wanted to look back through the pictures, so Natalee set me up with a follow-up appointment so I could come back for a second look. And let me tell you, I was looking forward to that follow-up appointment all day and was so excited to get back to Luxe and try on my dress!! And to add to the excitement, I was able to take home my dream dress that day and in my size! No ordering, no waiting. I found my dream dress at Luxe Redux with Natalee's help and I'm sure...

I can't say enough good things about this bridal salon! We were so impressed by the beautiful atmosphere and how you have privacy to be with your group in a comfortable alcove away from other groups.

Besides the atmosphere, the staff is amazing! I worked with Kari my first time and she was so helpful with pulling a variety of beautiful dresses to help me narrow down a style. In addition, when the style that I was looking for wasn't available, she got creative and found a way to make a strapless gown an off the shoulder one. I came back with more people the following weekend to try on my favorites and see if anything else might catch my interest and I got to work with Monica. She was so incredibly friendly and helpful! I was still very indecisive and she was patient with me and worked extremely hard to find dresses that had everything I was looking for. She also helped talk through my vision for my dress on the wedding day and shared her own experience with me. I really appreciated that she truly wanted me to find the dress I loved, even if that was at another store. It never felt like she was trying to push me or sell me on something, the entire time she just worked to make my wedding vision come to life and I so appreciate that! I didn't end up purchasing my dress at Luxe Redux because I finally realized that I'd fallen in love with a dress at the previous store and was just going to be comparing everything to that dress. However, I wish that dress had been at Luxe Redux because I'd love to give them my business for their outstanding service.
