Fantastic piece of art, it's flabbergasting to see the size of this metal construction. Take a few steps back and stand feet away to get a photo of this art. huge gravel. One of what I refer to as The Oddities of Columbus. If you’re in downtown area, stop by for a look and a few pics. There is metered street parking near by.

Impressive and pertinent piece of art near the courthouse. While it may not be worth a special trip, keep your eyes open as you drive or walk around town.

Traveling through town and came across this really neat attraction. It was worth devisting out of our way to marvel at this and the wonderful old Lazarus...

The sheer sight of the world’s largest gavel made me realize the omnipotence of judiciary! I did not know that this structure was in downtown Columbus. I happened to see it while I was on the bus and then made a stop to get a closer look. Standing in front of the reflecting pool and looking at this gavel was just amazing! I stood there in awe and admiration! The gavel is made of stainless steel and watching its reflection in the pool is a great experience. There is a large...

Court is adjourned!

We found the world’s largest gavel! Having found one last year in another area, we thought we already had so it blew our mind to find this one!

Located in front of the Ohio Supreme Court. This one is made of stainless steel while the other one we found was made of wood. 31 feet long!

I love that they chose to put it in the middle of a reflecting pool. Very pretty!
