I have gone here several times and have yet to receive a fully satisfactory haircut, unfortunately. The staff are very nice, but she did not cut my hair really correctly and then this time blow dried my hair to such an extent that it looked like I had gotten a haircut in a wind tunnel. It might have been hilarious otherwise, but I was on my lunch break and couldn't go back to work looking like that so I had to immediately go home to correct it. Also, the last time, she did not cut my sideburns evenly at all and I also had to go home...
