I want to say ,I am not one of these people who get on a site when something does not go my way.I dont have time first of all.but when I feel like the moment calls for it and the feeling is strong then I will.been a long time since I did this, so here it goes. I am 60 yrs old I have had 2 yrs full of arthritic problems with my feet could not find a shoe to have 20 min of comfort in let alone half or all of an entire day.I found 2 shoes that were very comfy looking and bottoms were alot like the hoka shoes I have recently purchased.but I am old school and spending 175 .00 was not in my price range.so I thought after talking to others to try New balance and sketchers.i looked all over nobody to be found to help me as I could not find an assortment under these shoes.I went to someone and I was told they would be waiting.again nobody came forward and we went over to look at the guys boots .and as my husband and I are talking we notice a lady with a store name badge siting on the floor sorting things out she never acknowledged us .even as much as a I will get someone to help you or can I help you ,would have went a long way with me.i left that store feeling very let down wwhen I needed some help.picked up a couple of other things and my husband informed another lady in the store of our expirence.i will not return to this store.whatever happened to customer service?...I really try not to bother anyone if I can help it. Still looking for the sketchers fresh...

So I had forgot my husband took the Kohl's card the other day. Anyways, I had to use kohls lay, which I've done a lot, but this time the cashier told me it didn't go through, so I wanted to make sure I had enough, even tho I knew I did!
So I show him the balance and the calls for his manager, by this time I'm embarrassed, because everyone in line can hear and see, what's going on!
So the manager tries, to no avail. I'm getting frustrated because that whole time the cashier, had seemed extremely annoyed, which I apologized repeatedly for holding up the line! So manager kept saying sorry there isn't anything else she can do, so I has if they can manually type the number in and she said no!
I then try my credit card and they said it says "insufficient funds", so I'm getting upset and more embarrassed, I decided to just use my debit card. Also it's not like this was $20, it was $175. So I ended up with my stuff, just very upset with their attitude about the situation! They could have atleast given me a discount. I even showed them where it said my available balance, so they knew I wasnt lying!
So yeah. That sucked! I wanted to add that they weren't busy at all... There were 6 cashier's all together and only 2 customers at other checkouts and 2 in line! I'm mainly upset with how they made me feel! I also feel they could have done more, but đ¤ˇđźââď¸...
   Read moreJust left Kohls off airport hwy. About 4:55pm July 26th. We had a coupon for $10 off when you purchase $25 or more. I used to shop at kohls all the time and with online shopping and how expensive kohls has been, Iâve stopped. We went in today and my son was incredibly excited to buy a toy. I checked the coupon multiple times for exclusions and did not see anything about toys. We get to the check out and the coupon isnât working. The lady working checkouts rudely asked what we want and when I explained the coupon wasnât working, she was very short and said itâs a toy and coupons donât work on toys. I said it wasnât advertised as such. She pointed to a small sign above a rack of clothes and said it only works if thereâs a sign that says sale.
We are bred up paying full price for the toy and that was the end of the conversation. This is why people donât shop in stores. False and deceptive advertising, and rude employees. Iâll make sure to take my money elsewhere...
