7-Eleven — Local services in Dallas

I have been getting my coffee, cigs,etc. at this store at Oaklawn & Market Center for @ 13 yrs.. And today at my jacket caught my coffee when I reached for a lid & spilled. I was shocked when I was 1st cussed and then physically assaulted 2 times by the employees at @7:20am this morning (11/01/2023). They tried to rip me away from the ATM while my card was locked in the machine. They should be inmates b/c THEY ARE CRIMINALS. 13YRS OF PATRONAGE AND 1 SPILL LED TO ASSAULT 2X OVER. I HAD MY PHONE STOLEN OR I WOULD HAVE CALLED 911. I AM STILL HAVING HARD TIME BELIEVING IT. BEFORE TODAY I WOULD NEVER HAVE GUESSED.

Store is incredibly dirty and there is trash everywhere outside. The inside of this 7-11 leaves much to be desired unfortunately despite the nice location and fact that this is a much newer store. A foul odor permeates the inside and the bathroom is often locked for "cleaning" as it has been every single visit. While I come here for the Amazon Truffle locker regularly, I would never recommend this location for a quick food stop or gas as the condition of the pumps is poor and hot food at this location is non-existent most days. :( On top of all this, this particular 7-11 location is NOT open 24 hours; the very reason most people go to this brand of...

This location/franchise is a disgrace to the Brand. Bad customer service, unfair store policies. Disrespectful behavior on an easy return. Store personnel blame me for 3 cracked eggs in a Dozen buy less than five minutes after purchase. Redefines logic!
