The Dallas Society of Visual Communications with the help of James at Good Signature is glad to call The Hartford Building home. We needed a space that matches the 60 years of Dallas creativity that the DSVC represents and what better place than a location in the heart of the city, conveniently located on the DART St. Paul Station (access to the Green, Orange, Red and Blue line). We are able to quickly move about to our Member Meetings at the Angelika at Mockingbird Station or to other creative spaces within the city without having to move our cars. That it’s walking distance to the DMA, Nasher, Klyde Warren Park and other downtown attractions is advantageous when we entertain the national and international creative guests that we bring in on a monthly basis.

Our space has the creative vide to impress our Junior Member Designers, as well as the professionalism to host our monthly Board of Directors Meetings, composed of Senior Art Directors, Designers, and other Visual Communication Creatives in Dallas.

what a letdown. ..got up at four a.m. for the weekly trip to Richardson; like an idiot, skipped breakfast. ..felt a,little better on the ride,as i passed Subway,figuring id just have lunch here. ...had i known however,I'd be unable to relieve myself, ida likely chosen an amiable location to dine...the bathroom in hall has an electronic lock requiring a code....several customers asked for the code; only to be told to "ask the guy in the hall"...guess what, all four of us who went out and looked for "the guy",came back irate. .guess how much Subway seemed to care...i will never be back. ..and,if you drop by,bring...

This is my first time going in the Hartford Building but we went to this little Mexican restaurant in there that serves the best food has the best atmosphere and the most friendly owner and excellent service I will be going back they serve breakfast and lunch but the heart for building also has another restaurant in it and Espresso Bar and then a Barber Lounge I'm going to...
