I went to lunch with some colleagues who suggested this place as a good spot to eat. Everything was relatively straight forward with ordering and waiting for food. We received our orders but there was a simple mix up on the bread for one of the sandwiches. My colleague asked the server if he could get it switched but was advised there would be a charge to do so. He said he didn’t agree with being charged but the server took offense and stated it was their policy. The tone was calm, but the server seems to be emotionally upset at being questioned. He agreed to pay, and we moved on with eating what was served. Shortly after that interaction another man walked up and leaned in stating he was the owner and if we threatened his wife like that again, he will have us removed. At this point I noticed the entire staff of the restaurant staring at us. This is my first time here so being threatened without question was not ideal. I was going to chalk it up to a miscommunication on the spouse’s part and move on with my day. My colleague decided to clear up what happened with the owner but was met with hostility and finally a full ban for him and our entire table. I can say this is the first time I have ever been banned\threatened from a place without saying a single word. I wouldn’t recommend...

I love this place and I visit often, the food is great, nice ambiance, tasty food. The only observation I have which is not a complaint more so, constructive criticism is the cashiers. They move so quickly because obviously they are busy but the overally nice mannerisms and inflections in their voice, with no eye contact always confuses me. Its like they say HELLO supper enthusiastic and take your order but its sort of feels robotic for them, if that makes sense? When you ask a question about their menu, the response its short, they don't engage in the conversation it just silent. At some point it becomes awkward because I'm not speaking at their pace so you can feel their irritation. Mind you, the owner which I believe are sister, mother and grandmother are great I've never felt that from them but the cashiers have to work on their warmth, I can tell its...

So i called to simply ask a question I was answered by the "owner" named WEST. He was so rude did not bother to listen he assumed I wanted to get a free meal. Seriously that is so offensive. This is not how customers should be treated. Their is a way of saying things without being rude. What was the point of that. Definitely never going back and also will definitely tell EVERYONE in office to never again go. They just lost a whole corporate business. I will be posting the audio conversation we had so you all can see i was not rude in anyway he was...
