The worst customer service I’ve ever encountered in the whole world. The person Edger was the worst. He talked to me rudely and when I asked for a sample he refused and rudely stared “nothing is free in this world” like if I was asking for free samples without buying anything. I bought 3 cups of ice cream and wanted to try a new flavour and if I had liked it I was gonno buy my 4th cup. He lost a customer, his business and I will not stop until this person gets educated how to talk to a person. He is a rude person and needs to learn basics of handling the business. The whole not trying an ice cream is weird and I will repeatedly state the same. He could’ve talked to a customer or a human calmly or nicely rather behaving this...

I went there yesterday and had the best experience at an ice cream shop in a long time. The worker was super sweet and seemed happy to take our order. Although I didn’t catch her name, this was the best customer service I’ve had. I got a small dubai chocolate gelato and it was the best ice cream I’ve had. It had a very rich and fudgy flavor and lots of pistachio flavor. The gelato was amazing but what really stood out to me was the worker, love her! Overall...

They had no adults at the stand and what looked to be 2-3 13/14 year olds working. I was going to buy some gelato but walked away as soon as I saw that. While I was taking the escalator up I watched as one of the kids was scooping gelato directly out of the containers with a spoon to eat. Did not see if he switched spoons...
