I went to the nail studio ste 10 and the tech (Tianna) was uneducated and unwilling to work with me my designs. She forgot one of my designs and said it would have been higher even though we discussed the price with the design included. She even said she never had to explain nails this much to anyone before. Just rude. She also told me I need to have a design because she doesn’t know any. She also left the sides of my crystals empty saying they will fall off. She overcharged me for nothing. I did a walk-in with Khoi. He was just setting up shop but said if I didn’t mind he could cut my hair. He was amazing. Had one of the best haircut and beard trims ever. Totally impressed. He even washed my hair. Loved the shampoo. He listened to what I would like made suggestions and delivered. I really recommend him. Very friendly and relaxing. Ask him about the products he uses. The Salons of Dallas are doing a great job adhering to safety guidelines for covid. To get in, you have to call or text your stylist and they come get you and escort you to their suite.
