So we bought a set of electrolux washer and drier from John. The guy is a great sales man. Charming in a rough older guy kind of way. He will talk your ears off and me being the most credulous naive kind of girl there is according to my husband and desperate as I was since my samsung drier had given out on me after 11 years i took him at his word and bought the set right there and then. According to John Electrolux is way better than Samsung and we were getting a great deal paired with the fact that we were getting them from him, a stand up i'll take care of you kind of guy. Less than 2 weeks later my drier stopped working, so i called John and he said to call GE which I did. 3 days later they had fixed it. Now I have a husband that works in construction, 2 boys, 2 rottweilers and 1 bunny which mean I'm always doing cleaning and washing of some kind. If my laundry routine is altered all hell breaks loose. 2 month later the drier stopped working again. I called GE and told them the unit obviously had some kind of defect since within 90 days had broken down twice. Regardless they refuse to replace it and would send someone to fix it again. This time taking them longer. It's been a week and still not fixed. So I called John to see if he would help. Now I'm not saying he is doing anything wrong. He is a sales person like any other. He was very nice, cried me a river, asked me to be patient and to call GE again which my husband did and here we are, still waiting. So my point is John is great, talks a lot and will promise you the world to make the sale but don't expect him to be any different than any other sales man. My refrigerator had caught on fire, and the fire department deemed it dangerous and inoperable. Unfortunately, my leasing company insisted on following their process by sending a repair technician first—even after the fire department’s assessment—which delayed the replacement.
CRS came to the rescue! They adjusted their schedule to deliver a new unit the very next day after their technician filmed proof that the refrigerator was indeed a hazard.
