J.Crew Factory — Local services in Dania Beach

Terrible experience at this store. Jcrew has been one of my favorite stores for my family, but today they are losing a long time client due to the poor customer service. Ivette the manager on site, refused to return shoes that I bought for my kid, they were too small and I had gotten the bigger size, I had my receipt but the tag has fallen off. I tried explaining to her but the answer was always no, I read the return policy multiple times and she kept saying that they didn’t have a tag. Last weekend, I had some time to spare before my flight back home to Nebraska and decided to stop by the J.Crew at this location (Dania Beach). I was so pleased with the service I received!

Maria greeted me at the door with a smile and asked if I needed any help. I briefly shared what I like in terms of colors, textures, and styles, and she thoughtfully created a wardrobe selection for me to browse through.

Had a great experience shopping at this location of J. Crew. Everything is organized and their printing structure is easy to understand. Maria Clara helped me and a friend to choose different shirts and pants and which combination would be better for different occasions. I try different items and the rooms were clean.
