Cassie Gabriel has shown nothing but racism and discrimination towards me. I been denied a safe place to live (even though units are readily available). I was denied an ESA. I was told that my unit was not fit for a dog. Cassie has undermined every attempt to provide Case Management Services. Management is rude, inconsiderate, choosing to allow the clients of color no support. I was very disappointed. On Aug 27th I went to the Coalition at 10pm and it was still crowded. On top of that we stayed over night until they opened. 2 ladies came out and gave 8 people a sticky note and the rest of the people had to go home. I feel that this is terrible service of trying to help the homeless. You would think that they would either provide appointment times to see people instead of pushing them away everyday.
