This review is only applicable to their nail services. The staff are all really nice and the salon has a really cute interior, however, I thought the gel manicure and gel pedicure I got here were just okay. In all fairness my nails were shorter than they usually are and more difficult to work with, but I have still gotten much better manicures at much cheaper nail salons. For the price of the manicure and pedicure, $40 and $60, respectively, I was expecting Gelish or CND or similar. They just had a very limited supply of OPI gel, the smallest selection I've yet to see at a nail place. Also, on the booking website it said the time for the manicure would be 75 min and the pedicure would be 90 min. My entire appointment took a little over an hour and a half which is supposed to be the time for just the pedicure so you're not really getting the time you payed for. There was a short foot massage with the pedicure, but nothing for my hands except for a scrub I applied myself - they weren't even soaked in water. In my experience, other salons charging this price do full hand and arm massages, hand soaks, and usually some sort of moisturizing treatment with hot towels. When I got home, I also noticed small spots on almost every nail where the polish was uneven or missing completely. I went her last week for a hair cut with Julie Nestelberger for the first time. It was amazing! Here's why.... She got me in same day!! I have curly hair so I was a little worried about how the cut would look with my hair and she was blowing it out for when I left. The blow out looked great by the way! She offered that if I didn't like it curly to come back in and she would fix it. It looks great curly too! I was in and out in less than an hour with a cut and straight. Unreal. I received my first haircut at Voila Salon Spa & Parfumerie last night and I couldn't be more pleased with the customer service and haircut. I have been receiving compliments on my haircut all day at work and I highly recommend Mia as a hairstylist. The salon's building is amazing, they offer wine and beer before your appointment and they even had my favorite snack--Oreos. Mia was professional, personal and an overall great person.
