I was speaking to “D” and trying to figure out my ticket because it said I had to appear I virtual court but that is no longer a thing. She kept interrupting me so I askedof I could finish my sentence, and she hung up the phone on me. I called back and she answered again and hung up on me again! At this point i wasnt yelling or anything I just wanted to ask my question! I could have gotten a warrant because she didn’t want to do her job. Then I finally got through to Denise and I told her 3 times I wanted her just to set my hearing out because I was upset and didn’t want to be on the phone , and she also was super rude to me.. if I got a warrant, it would have been their fault! Read moreI spoke to a rep here and while she was speaking I wasn’t understanding what was being said. When I asked her for clarity she repeated herself. I then told her again that I wasn’t understanding. She talked over me and redirected my call to another rep. I’ve now spent 54 minutes waiting for an available rep.
