I walked back here 3 times back to BACK because their drinks were so good. I had a vanilla matcha latte first, then their special drink. I forgot the name, but it had to do with maple, and then I had an iced vanilla latte via the workers' recommendation. All three were FANTASTIC!! Not only were the drinks sweet and comforting, but so was the service! The people open the doors for you and welcome you in, and they don't treat you overly fancy. It's like family waiting for you! And don't get me started on the people serving the drinks, there were 3 extremely friendly and empathetic girls, I don't know their names but thank you so much for the VERY pleasant experience, girl from georgia! :3 (and for serving me three lattes and almost making my mom cry out of joy with the hot chocolate bear ). The ambient was so friendly and open like a family welcoming, I couldn't have asked for a better experience. The environment felt incredibly natural, and I can't get...

I had the iced vanilla latte, and it did not disappoint—smooth, flavorful, and just the right touch of sweetness. You can tell they care about quality and craft. It’s no surprise this place is getting amazing reviews—locals and visitors alike are raving about it.
The ambiance matches the Populus vibe perfectly—sleek, modern, and welcoming, with natural finishes and big windows that bring in tons of light. Whether you’re meeting someone, working remotely, or just grabbing something to go, the space feels both calm and vibrant.
With its unbeatable location, consistent quality, and standout service, Little Owl Coffee has to be one of Denver’s best coffee experiences. Highly recommend checking it out if you're anywhere near...

When I politely asked for it to be served for here, the cashier relayed the message to the barista with an unnecessary attitude, saying, “I guess they want their drinks for here.” It felt dismissive and unprofessional.
On top of that, the shop is too small for the number of people they serve. It’s a popular spot, but there simply isn’t enough space for guests to sit and enjoy their drinks comfortably.
Good coffee can’t make up for poor service. A little more attention to customer experience would go a long way. Unfortunately, I wouldn’t rush back...
