This experience was a wonderful addition to our recent trip to Denver. Our tour guide was Nick. He was very knowledgeable and obviously passionate about the Denver graffiti art scene. The art was absolutely amazing. When my broody teenage told me that she learned at lot and that the tour changed her perception of graffiti art, I knew I made a good choice... LOL. Let that be a nod to Nick's teaching powers! Since the tour was 2 hours, we did not cover all the graffiti. There was just too much. I would love if the Denver Graffiti Tour put together a graffiti tour guide with locations and tidbits for people to continue a self guided tour if desired :) Side note... I did have a hard time finding parking due to unfamiliarity with the signage in area and the area in general. I just found Nick waiting in our meeting location before the tour started and asked where to park. He was helpful assisting with finding a ample free parking. The meeting area is also in a location that has a very large unhoused population. Just a heads up. We were never bothered or approached. Our tour guide was kind enough to walk us to our car but that was more so helping us...
Read moreI was visiting Denver for a concert and asked friends for suggestions on what I could go take photos of while I was there. Having just done the tour a few months earlier, a friend suggested the Denver Graffiti Tour.

This meant I was the only person there, and Nick gave me the option of doing the normal tour or going a bit further into the RiNo district and seeing some stuff not typically shown on the tour.
The tour was amazing. I got to see so many cool works by a ton of different artists, and learned so much about the history of the neighborhood, the street art scene, the Denver Walls event, and artists themselves. I can't...
Read moreWhy are there painted sharks all over Denver?? Google it! You’ll never find out! I couldn’t anyway, but I finally did on this phenomenal tour. I learned so much about the local art scene, including the names and stories of artists whose work I’d already been noticing during the first few days of my visit to Denver. I even finally learned who is responsible for the koi fish stencils I’ve seen all over the country for the last lots of years. The guide, Jennifer, was super knowledgeable and friendly and could answer questions about anything. I have been on public art tours all over the country because I love this stuff, and this was absolutely one of my favorites. I was so excited to tell my local friend about the easy-to-recognize artists for her to keep an...
