Thule was the brand that got me into backpacks many years ago so when we heard there was a flagship store in Denver while we were here on a work trip, we had to check it out! The selection was AWESOME and the store was clean and felt very safe. But the standout factor was the customer service.

Not only did the team let us stay there for over an hour packing and repacking backpacks to find the best fit, they made awesome recommendations as well. I wound up purchasing a camera bag (for EDC use) that I never would've looked at were it not for my wife pointing it out and the salesperson explaining how well it worked as something other than just a camera bag!

We had such a great experience (and our friend was so impressed with the bag) that we made a return trip so she could pick one out as well. Once again, we spent about an hour packing and unpacking bags to see what might work best and she also left with a pack she loved!

I started by using their chat feature and they were able to help me locate the car topper that I wanted and made me an appointment all at once. I was stressed out because this was right before the holidays and everywhere else was completely out of stock of Thule car toppers. The Evening before my appointment I was emailed a map and instructions on where to park in order to get my car topper installed, which was very helpful. When I got to the store/ parking spot someone greeted me and helped me get to the store. I was able to purchase the item I wanted and they installed it! I was super excited because other places I had called would not install the car topper for me or charged a crazy amount. Aaron at the Thule store in Denver was terrific. Problem with train line from airport in Denver required leaving the train and crossing tracks, which broke a wheel on my suitcase. I travel often and must have working luggage. Been thinking about what to buy for sometime, but because of the mishap, it was an emergency. I saw that the Thule store in Denver was only a few blocks from Union Station and I limped my broken suitcase over there where I could literally try out (with already packed and overstuffed cubes) the travel on suitcase that I purchased.
