Absolutely been a disappointment with these folks bought a 740i 2017 they didn’t do my taxes and plate work right was stopped by an officer and almost had my car towed because they registered my car under a different plate when I called them complained they said they will re-embers me for the new dmv charges I paid out of pocket they charge $1000 dealer fee but can’t even get the paper work right I never received the check their promised… not finished yet after I purchased a 2017 BMW 750i the engine blew up not even after 10,000 miles I had to spend $11,500 for a new engine and labor!!! Service your cars before selling and if your charging me all the fees and taxes for plate and state requirements whatever the charge is DO YOUR JOB CORRECTLY if not RE-embers your Costomer like you promised I hate to call dealership liars and thief’s and crooks but this dealership suits everything everyone assumes they are bunch of lies unprofessional promises and false paperwork by office clerk I specifically asked them let me do the dmv work just charge me the $1000 it’s FINEEEEE the unnecessary dealer fee they charge no they Said its their rule they have to do the taxes but they couldn’t even get it right still charged and made mistakes costed me twice for plate and taxes now they won’t even contact me reach me out for the pay back how do you guys even balance out in your accounting department ??? When you say “sir we did get a check cut to you and mailed!” Really bro if the check never reach out to me I didn’t cash it never receive it your accounting department doesn’t call your manager desk and say reach out to your costumer because we made a mistake there is his check we need to get to him ???? I worked at a dealership for 5 years I know how rules and regulations work if you can do your job than stop making promises to your costumers!!! Where do I begin? I was driving out to Panama City from Gulf Shores to look at a 2022 Tundra and noticed ORR had one a few minutes closer (along my route) so I stopped in, in favor of canceling my appointment at the dealer in PCB. Quickly made a deal with Greg and here’s where it started.

First, they would not take a company check for $8800 difference On a $70,000 deal with a $63,000 (paid off) trade so I offered to ride up the road to Regions bank and get cash. How silly. Anyway, I get to the bank and they call me and told me they could not let me take the truck without having the title to my trade on hand. After stammering for a minute, they said a picture of the front and back of the title would suffice. No problem, pictures sent. I head back to the dealer and then after they scurry around for 30 minutes unprofessional with countless excuses only to be told "sorry but we have to have the physical title". Strange because I'm certain they didn't have the title to give me on the Tundra. I have no choice but to laugh it off and leave.

Very unprofessional and sketchy atmosphere. I've never had such a poor experience in over 120 vehicle purchases in my 50 years. Well, I had a great buying experience, Kim the sales associate was very kind, she made the buying process very simple. However I did buy a used vehicle, and the check engine light came on day 6 days out!! I wound up calling to see if they could help me. And they told me to get a diagnosis of the check engine light at o Riley or AutoZone… I wound up scheduling a service with bmw for a diagnosis, and found out that the vehicle needed a major component to keep it operating, I let them know at the dealership and was advised that I purchased a warranty that I would have to wait 30days to use!! … I then decided to reach out to the Vinney via email expressing my concerns as I have a road trip planned to Tennessee! Still no reply as of today! I m already exhausted with this whole situation I came here because of the reviews, the reputation, and the culture of this well known company. My car has been parked since about day 8 of purchase… I called the extended warranty company and the told me I didn’t have to wait 30 days and that my policy was active the same day of purchase… smh I expect better. I work hard for my money and to be tricked and my intelligence insulated! The company’s reputation doesn’t add up with my overall experience!! Please a member of management...
