We went during a vacation. I selected a newer chain that was very dainty hearts. The next day it had fallen off. I called and with no hesitation they had me come in to fix it. She said that a spark probably had hit another link and she rewelded it. She pulled it very hard to make sure it was secure and it was! I left very happy. I later realized that it felt loose and when looking at it, the hearts had warped. Although disappointing, not a huge deal. It now has been approximately about a month and today it just randomly fell off. I assume that it was due to the warped links. While their customer service is fantastic, and I believe if I was local they would fix it, visiting on vacation just didn’t pan out for the daintier chain. I absolutely love my bracelet from Terra Handcrafted! I got mine during a Bachelorette Trip in Destin, and unfortunately it broke after I left.
