On March 15, I shopped at the Detroit store near the Shinola Hotel, purchasing several jewelry pieces and a dog tag that needed custom engraving. I left the $30 dog tag with them, paid the $15 to have it engraved, and was told I would receive a call in 2-3 weeks to pick up my finished product. It is now May 2. I have never received a call, and my emails to the company are just getting the run around. I was told there was a delay, and it would take maybe 5 weeks. Then I was told they were having trouble getting parts from out of the country. Given that I simply needed a metal tag for my dog engraved, I am not sure what parts needed to arrive? I have asked for a refund of the $45 and am awaiting a response.
