I was there on Wednesday, June 26, 2024 for the rooftop experience – on a date. We arrived and was told to sit anywhere. We choose an outside corner table for the rooftop view. We were greeted by a server within a reasonable time of sitting down. We ordered a cocktail each along with a glass of ice water with lemon. Our server comes back with two ice waters and then asked us for a credit card. We presented a credit card but thought it was odd and why would she ask for a credit card from us sitting at a table and ordering (waters and a cocktails) with menus in front of us. I watched our server then go behind the bar to make our drinks and comes back with drinks and the credit card we presented. We then place our order to split a wedge salad- no bacon and BBQ chicken flatbread. Our food is brought to us within a reasonable time from ordering by a kitchen food/table delivery guy. I ask this gentleman for red pepper flakes for the flatbread. The gentleman comes back and stated we don’t have any. We begin our meal, finish it, and wait for our server to come back and greet us to find out if we needed anything or ask how the food was. That never happened! We wait longer…. I finally get up because our server seems to be multitasking and completely forgot us at the corner table. I asked for a to-go box and our check. Our server takes another 5-6 minutes to come back to our table with two paper plates and our check with a service fee of 22%. I asked what the paper plates are for, and she stated - we don’t have to-go boxes. WOW!!!
My complaint: We felt stereotyped by asking us for payment before bringing us our drinks. Poor customer service, when a server takes your order and never comes back to the table to see if the food was presented correctly, or customer needed anything. Service fee of 22% mandatory and we never got any service. I made the manger on duty - Christa (I’m not 100% on name) aware of my experience before departing and her nonchalant attitude of being sorry for not having to-go boxes and her server.
I only picked this rooftop restaurant because it was listed in the Google search for rooftops in our area. I don’t write complaints but strongly felt this one was warranted with our economy the way it is and how consumers spending their hard-earned money are mistreated and demanded to pay extra without the service.

Read moreThis place is a great concept but definitely lacking in the execution. The decor/environment were very nice. They have a beautiful patio and it was packed with people. The bar is partially on the patio and partially indoors. They also have table seating indoors. They have tables but no servers so even if you aren’t sitting at the bar you have to go to the bar to order and go back to get your own food and drinks. The bartenders were very busy and it took at least 15 minutes for anyone to even take our order. Another 15 minutes to make two very simple drinks. The menu is extremely limited. They were described as having “small plates” but two of the items on the menu can barely be considered as food (olives and almonds). We ordered flatbread because that seemed to be the most filling option but they were out of it so we settled for a charcuterie board. It was decent but we were still pretty hungry afterwards. We ended up leaving to find somewhere with more food options. I definitely would not suggest going here unless you have already eaten. I would also suggest this place hires a...
Read moreStopped by with a friend to Bar Peri last week and really enjoyed the experience at this swanky rooftop bar. They had live music from Sami and Sean duo that Wednesday night, and the atmosphere was very European with bartender Zam making the signature cocktails at the bar. I will definitely be back for live music when Sami and Sean perform again, so I hope that becomes a regular thing.
For drinks, we had a few whiskey and bourbon cocktails as well as their strawberry and basil margaritas that were delicious. From what I can tell, their food and drink menu selections change seasonally, so always something new to look forward to. The small plates menu is limited but there are a few good options like different flavored wings, meats and cheeses, bacon wrapped dates, dips and flatbreads.
Definitely give this place a try for a chill date night with a cool view of...
