The Sparrow — Local services in Durango

I went on a bit of a shopping spree during my visit to Durango this past week and went to The Sparrow on two separate days. Maggie helped me on the first day and was absolutely delightful, super helpful, and amazing at juggling everyone coming and going from the store for the hour and a half I was there. The second day, I went back for one more thing and Shannon was there. She was equally as helpful and greatly assisted me with my purchase and gave me info about the online store. The store itself is totally lovely and has a great selection of beautiful garments. For someone like me who really does not do much in-person shopping anymore, I had such a great time shopping at this boutique and the girls who helped me with those days were the biggest part of that. I want to say i wish i was young a skinny girl this store caters to. Beautiful things but nothing i can fit in. I keep hoping one day I can buy clothing here. The staff have since the first day i walked in, 3 years ago, have been kind when i a Looking at accuracies, but when i ask about size, often the reaction is disbelief and almost snooty. I am not writing this to report poor customer service because several times i shopped here with my younger and possibly skinny friend, the staff made her day. I would give this store a zero star if I could. I went shopping for an elopement dress and found a dress. I wasn't completely in love but I bought the dress. I didn't want it to get messed up so I had them keep at the store. The salesperson never told it was final sale. Well, I found my dream dress at another store.
