Please aware of this place before you decide to take your kids here to play.I wouldn’t give a star if there is an option for me to do that.They ripped me off and lied to me that they mentioned about they blocked the back for the birthday party before i purchased the pass to come 5 times with my kids.The girl talked to me in the front she only showed me the sign where they said the price for the pass to come 5 times and save $10 and told me to sign the waiver for my kids nothing else was mentioned.After i went inside with my kids for about 15-30mins and that’s how i notice they blocked the back for the birthday party and the place was mashing everyone to the front with big kids and small kids together cause they don’t control how much peoples or kids to coming.So after 30-45mins my kids played in there she totally fell down twice and cried loud from the big kids played too rough and too aggressive in the same area with her.Their parents were there but they won’t control their kids or pay attention much to their kids just only who had small kids.So i decided to told the workers the problems i had with my babies but they just couldn’t do anything but tell me give my name and my phone numbers and wait for the manager call me and talk.So nobody call or reach out to me for my problems and i called their place and the girl who answered the phone couldn’t do anything but say sorry about that just sorry and told me that the owner won’t do anything for me period and tell me don’t come back to their place after took my money .The girl who answered got annoy with me cause i told her they gotta do something for me cause my babies fell and got hurt and cried twice and they blocked the back to make more money with the party and keep everyone else mashing together in the front.So they don’t care and tell you don’t come back if you are not happy and had problems at their place that’s how they will tell you.So this place is a scam and treat the customers badly.Please don’t come and waste your money...

Our kids always have fun here. However, for the price you pay, $16/kid, there should be more maintenance going on. There’s very little balls left in the ball pits and the ones that remain are dirty. The place overall is very dingy. There’s tables remaining from whatever the business was previously. I feel for $16 per person, they should be utilizing all their spaces, rather than just leaving a third of it empty and put inflatable bouncing bees back there. I can buy one of those on Amazon and bounce at home for less than you charge for admission. There’s no signage about where to park strollers and mine was moved outside into the mall without being notified, which was unsettling. And on top of it all, the staff was rude. There was one lady who was friendly enough, but when told that my kid got a bloody nose from the swinging balls, she just rolled her eyes and sighed because she had to get off her butt. I saw that on several occasions with different customers. Heaven forbid they actually had to work 😭 Not a bad place to play, as long as you can deal with power-tripping slugs at...

My husband and I brought our 20 month old daughter as soon as they opened on Sunday and there was one other child with her parent. When we went to pay the girl behind the counter let us know that they would only let one parent in per child because it gets busy on the weekend. I told her there was only one other child in and asked if one of us could leave if it got busy. She said no and that those were the rules. I asked to speak to a manager and she said she was the manager. When I got upset she told me that she would have let me in, but that because I had a bad attitude, she wasn’t going to after all. I told her that we come here regularly and that my mom brings the rest of the kids in our family and that we wouldn’t be coming back anymore. She didn’t seem to care and refused to let both of us in with our daughter. I could understand if the place was already busy, but we were one of two children in the whole place.
