This is a unique and fun toy store. There are lots of stuffed toy options, animal figurines, games, and fun workbook type toys. It is so colorful and the displays are great, so it's very attractive and appealing. The items are all really high quality, but it is pretty pricey. It's definitely worth a visit if you are in the area. Our customer service experience was pretty poor today. It has been better in the past. We almost didn't go in the store because the closed sign was in the front. We stood there looking around, and it was within published hours plus the light was on. We opened the door, but didn't see the cashier right away. I walked over to the counter and saw him ducked down behind the counter. I asked if they were open, and he nodded. He was eating something and his mouth was full. The person who was with me asked if he wanted her to turn the sign around to say open. She asked twice before he answered "yeah". After we looked around for some time, and went up to purchase our items, he seemed very disinterested. I was pretty disappointed by this customer service, but the store is great, and I have had better service...
Read moreMy wife and I took our granddaughter to the store to purchase some stuffed toys. When we walked into the store there was a male and female employee and neither of those two greeted us. As we looked around the store and our granddaughter made a few selections neither employee spoke a word to us. When we checked out he never asked if we found what we were lol,ing for nor did he comment about any of her selections. He just added things up and told us $121. The two employees talked amount themselves and basically ignored us. My wife as,Ed about the dimensions of the large dragon ($165) and he announced that he did not know them. He made no offer to get it down. The stuffed animals had more personality and manners than either of the two employees.
We will never return to this store again. The employees should be trained to better interact...
Read moreWhat a great toy store sporting a huge variety of unique items for infants to teens. They even have a second floor. Quality toys at good prices. And who doesn’t like to shop locally?
Of our 12 grandkids, 8 of them are ages 2-12. We look for interactive games that spark imagination. We especially love this stores “cooperative” board games where many of the cousins come together at our place for game night.
We bought a huge set of magna tiles from here and truthfully- the 8 younger ones ALL love the tiles. We get in the act as well.
They have hard to find BRIO tracking. Big selection. I found 3 unique infant gifts today. The buyer is on the ball in my view.
Competitively priced.
Very helpful and friendly staff. Nearby free parking in the main lot. Free street parking.
Just a fun place to visit for kiddos AND...
