We’re traveling from the Midwest with a layover in Vegas. While here for our layover with no transportation, I used Uber eats to order for our family group trip of 19. We landed a little after 11:30pm, finally found 3 taxi’s to take our group to our hotel and got settled in at 1am. By this time, most restaurants are closed but fast food so we decided on Jack in the Box since it’s been well over a decade for most and some never had it before. By the time we got our order in, it was 1:30am, paid the extra fee to get our food delivered at 2am. Once received, we noticed 5 burgers were missing and a salad. First thing we did was called our delivery chic to let her know but because it was already delivered, I couldn’t get through to her. We then called JITB, to let them know we were missing the 4 burgers and a salad but they gave us the run around saying it’s Uber Eats fault and we had to call them. While talking to JITB, the lady on the other line just hung up on us because she didn’t want to deal with us. I called back, she gave me the same attitude so I asked for the manager. She then informed me he’s not available but would give the phone to a shift manager. Spoke with the shift manager who stated her name was Sierra to only change it to Courtney when we asked for corporates number. Then changed it back to Sierra and then not wanting to give us a name, to her never speaking to us and that we had spoke with someone else when we’ve been talking for well over an hr to get everything straightened out. Not only was she also rude, she had the audacity to play the I can’t hear you, you’re breaking up BS, to I don’t know who the manager is then to she’s only covering for the manager and she’s from a different branch. We then asked her for the managers name and phone number so we can call him and she couldn’t give me a name or number. Eventually, she gave me a name of Ted Faye and a “phone number” which turned out to be a lie. At 3am when we finally got off the phone with JITB, we called the number that was given to us for this Ted Faye which turned out to be a guy named Mike who was a former manager of that branch that had quit and her name was actually Tess, not Ted. Even though he was no longer employed with JITB, he actually turned out to be the best help we had all night with JITB. He was able to give us the name of a manager and had said the employees there had a tendency of giving his number out when customers asked for a manager. DO NOT EVER USE OR GO TO JITB LOCATED ON LAS VEGAS BLVD. Read the reviews after our issue and they have nothing but complaints. They’re suppose to be open 24 hrs but they had the nerve to put us on hold for 20 minutes while the finished “closing” up and hoping we would hang up. Never received my food. Credit card charged. Manager "Tess" was less than helpful only answer was contact the number in the app (Only number in app goes to recording for screen reader problems for the visually impaired or privacy concerns). Had to complain through website which still has no number only web forms to fill out. Update: Posted feedback on the website still never received my food, not refunded and never contacted. Update2: two weeks later no contact what so ever. Their comments about caring for customers and feedback completely fake, false and just lip service. Update3: They are sure fast to respond publicly to bad reviews. Privately their customer service is non existent. FIVE MONTHS later STILL never contacted. Update 4: I finally got an email and a refund of my payment. While this is an acceptable outcome, the time it took was not. We were so disappointed by the unsanitary conditions of the bathrooms and how filthy the tables and floors were. I asked for something to wipe the table off, never got anything and ignored not to mention that the customer service was horrible like we were bothering them. The food was so bad we threw it away and actually left went to a gas station to wash our hands and sanitize . The sad part was the gas station was way more sanitary and the customer service they gave us was awesome.
