So I am setting at Flemings my favorite go to spot to celebrate. My server Joseph R was amazing. He was extremely nice and even went above and beyond to celebrate my big day. The manager Janice was awesome as well. I ordered the steak and lobster and it was amazing. The food was great the service was amazing and they continue to exceed expectations. Thank you for making my night and dinner special.

I never thought that this location could top my last experience, but tonight they did. I am highly impressed and shocked that you could improve on an experience that I felt was perfect last time. The manager Andrew was amazing again tonight. When I came in he promptly escorted me to my table after I had a nice conversation with the receptionist. Who inquired what I was celebrating and congratulated me. The manager Andrew impressed and shocked me by actually remembered me from my last dining experience over a month ago. Talk about amazing customers service! He didn't just remember my face, but he remembered our conversation we had over a month ago about my occupation and the fact that I travel a lot for work. I know that he has seen thousands of guest in that span of time and I am sure that he has that same rapport with all guest. I am definitely not special or an exception nor did I do anything memorable I believe this is just him. He checked on me often showing really concern on how my experience was going and of course he and the team were AWESOME!!! He walked around greeting all guest and the whole staff paid attention to every little detail. I am highly impressed with his ability to be welcoming and make memorable experiences for not only me but everyone. Considering that I am often traveling its great to come back home and enjoy a great meal with someone who remembers you. That is something that is quite rare for me. My server was Kathleen she was great. She notices that the tea light under my butter kept going out. Something I didn't even notice and I usually notice everything, but she walked by numerous times just to make sure it was still lit. The guy who cleared the table unfortunately I didn't get his name, but he was awesome as well. He walked around helping guest with a smile on his face and was very prompt at removing the completed dinner plates. I usually dine alone and it gives me the opportunity to actually observe my surrounding and the staff. I have gone to many great steak houses in many different cities, but what sets this place apart is the customer service. The team at this locations is the platinum standard for customer service and creating memorable experiences. On to the Food.... Amazing! the steak was perfect! It was cooked perfect tasted amazing and with the lobster mmmm. I never just have the steak and lobster I always get the lobster mac and cheese. Seriously, I can't express how happy that dish makes me. I am not sure what they put in it, but I can't find any that tastes as good as here, trust me I have tried. I have to say this locations has master the art of food and customer service and when I am home this place will be one of the first I visit.

I love this place the food is great. The staff is very friendly and quick it's always exceptional service when I go here. Andrew the manager was amazing he was so nice he greeted all the guest and checked on me multiple times. Even celebrated my promotion with me since I was celebrating alone. He was also very cute. The staff and the food is why I continue to come back and hope to come back...

For the price that we paid for dinner last night, I would have to say I was disappointed in a few ways:

1: We made a reservation for 7pm and didn't get seated until around 7:20p. In most cases this would not be an issue, but for high ticket dining I found this to be disappointing. While we stood by the front door waiting to be seated, I was asked what the name on my reservation was by 3 different people multiple times which seemed disorganized. Not a great start to the evening.

2: Our server was nice and respectful which was cool, but the time between our appetizer and main course was around 30 minutes. appetizers were okay tasting, but the time between was disappointing.

3: While waiting for our food, I noticed that my water glass had something in it. There was a lemon seed and some other substance stuck to the inside of my glass. Our server immediately took it away and returned with a new one, but he strangely also brought out the seed on a small plate to confirm that it was a lemon seed. I found it strange to bring out proof that whomever or whatever dish washing procedure takes place in the kitchen isn't sufficient. Our wine glasses that we didn't use were also somewhat dirty, and some of our "clean plates" came out with what looked like leftover parsley on them. At that point, I couldn't tell if the parsley / garnish was put on the plate on purpose (2 or 3 very small pieces not centered or done to look nice at all) or more leftover food from another poorly washed dish.

Overall, we were here for 2 hours where nearly an hour was spent waiting- either to be seated, or between courses of our meals, to be served high-priced, lack luster food on...

First saw advertisements for this restaurant from 2 food bloggers on Instagram. They said it was amazing! I finally had a chance to book reservations for yesterday to celebrate Valentines Day. Our reservation was at 7:00 pm. Arrived there earlier. Was no sat until after 7:00pm. We ordered their set Valentines Day menu for two and added a side of Burrata with Proccioto. The burrata dish was a good starter. The side dish of scallops and shrimp cocktail were pretty okay. My biggest complaint was our actual meal took forever to come out. When our 2 steaks came out (the bone in new York and filet mignon) it was cut up poorly presentations wise and it was awfully cold and tough!! The mash potatoes we ordered on the side were mediocre but in all honesty that is the only thing that came out warm and tasted fine. Nothing fancy or different. But for the price of $307 !!!! Definitely not worth the hype I have been seeing on social media!! I'm very dissatisfied with how our night went and I wish we would have walked out once it reached 8:30 and our food had not been at the table yet.

I do want to add that the server was kind and kept apologizing for the horrible timing it took to receive our food.

I say if you want a delicious tasting steak... take your $300 that you're definitely going to spend here and buy a slab of steak and cook it at home. Guarantee it will have better flavor than what was served to us here because even if it was a full house and very busy, the food should not have came out cold and bland. Especially for the...
