I'm at Dick's Sporting Goods. I'm elated with the customer services skills of Kenny and Kayden ( I hope I spell his name correctly) are outstanding. Even though they are overwhelmed with they still gave me outstanding service. They were patient and took the time to all of my questions, and even found a pair of HOKA's that was on sale. It is so refreshing to find someone who still has outstanding customer service skills in a time where some customers don't have patience and want everything immediately. He helped me realize I’ve been wearing the wrong size for most of my life — even in the same brand! I’m getting back into the gym, and he set me up with a half-size smaller than I usually wear. The difference? I feel like a million bucks.
What really impressed me was how he managed to help at least half a dozen other customers at the same time, all while keeping the energy high. Always smiling, always friendly, and clearly passionate about what he does. Tevin’s got great character, knows his stuff, and makes the shopping experience fun.

Read moreI ordered a heavy bag stand for pick up. Brought the stand home to assemble it and it had a damaged piece. I thought nothing of it and figured that stuff like this happens so I brought the stand back and exchanged it for another. However, after receiving my replacement and then bringing it back to assemble again, I then found that the replacement stand they had given me also was damaged. I will now have to drive back to the store a 3rd time. I returned the the item all-together and took my business to Academy Sports where I got an undamaged stand that works perfectly.
