I came to leave a review about the lack of good customer service and low and behold, I see many others that have as well. Are you guys going to pay attention to what your paying customers are telling you? I was in there today and FIVE employees were just hanging out at the front counter, 4 of which were all sitting on the counter and the fifth was on her phone. Clothes laying on the floor, no on greeting anyone and no one checking if people needed dressing rooms or any help. This is pretty ridiculous. This IS their job. I am honestly shocked that this is what you as a company, are ok with. If you care about really being a company that wants to keep customers coming back, I would advise you to take a really good look at your customer service training. I even asked the lady who checked me out if they were busy today. Nope she said. So why are 5 people sitting around on their butts? Extremely disappointing. Please realize there are plenty of other places we can go to to shop and others that want customers coming through...

They never greet you or offer help, you have to stand around and wait for their attention for a fitting room or to get checked out because they're typically busy gossiping.
