Walking in for the first time the staff was friendly and helpful, menu was easy to understand, and the food was ready quickly. Sat down to eat at the long bar and was very pleasantly surprised. Super fresh taste! Went with the beef bulgogi and it was delicious. Felt like the meat and ingredient portions were appropriate for the price. Might be funny to point out, but the rice was really well cooked and flavorful. Maybe due to freshness, maybe a new rice cooker. Just the right sticky/fluffy in every bite. The only thing that could perhaps be improved would be the selection of namul available. Would love to see more Korean staples like bean sprouts or seaweed. They do currently have 7 available and one can certainly appreciate the simplicity of the menu. Speaking of, added a pic of the menu for you...

Bibim Express is a popular stand for custom made rice bowls and bi bim bop. They serve different fruit juices, dumplings and boong a pang (taiyaki) as well. I was very excited to try a customisable Bi Bim Bap Bowl... You choose your rice and protein (chicken, pork, beef or tofu) and all your toppings... However, they do not offer certain traditional toppings (like sprouts or spinach) or ban chan. So, no Kim chi, no daikon, no pickles at all! Even just one offering would have been great - like spinach or Kim chi. This made me sad. They offer items like corn, lettuce, carrots, and zucchini... None of it is really seasoned. They do offer egg. It was good .. I will buy here again and get ban chan somewhere else to eat with it. Very clean, fabulous staff. I will be back...I just need...

Big thank you to the team at bibim express Who catered both nights of our RV owner meet up over the holiday weekend. The first night 110 Beef, rice, bowls, and on night number two 128 of the kbowls . Our attendees were ecstatic, everybody loving the mixture of beef veggies, rice along with various sauces. Some of Our travelling RV/motorhome people At the meet up, come from other parts of the country and we’re not initially familiar with the Korean Style binbap, These guys just loved the bowls And we will definitely be using you guys next year to cater us again. Prices were very reasonable. The portions were generous, and you guys went above and beyond the call of duty....
