I've lived in Flagstaff since 1994, and have gone to this jewelers many times over the years for watch repair, jewelry sizing and other things. They lost my business today. What's up with the super whiny woman who works the front of the store? All I got from her was a million excuses why they couldn't help me. I brought a couple of rings in for possible resizing and stone replacement. She was argumentative and whiny about everything I asked, and there was no attempt to retain me as a customer or solutions - not a great way to cultivate return business. It would have been nice to hear what CAN be done to assist me instead of what they can't do. I'll take my business elsewhere...

My absolute favorite jeweler in Flagstaff. Wil McNabb’s studio is always one of my favorite stops on art walk to admire his incredibly beautiful work, and Dad and I often get my Mom’s and sister’s Christmas and birthday gifts there (Dad has stopped buying me jewelry because I never remember to wear any jewelry at all). Holy cow. I came in from out of town to spend Christmas with my fiancé's family. On the plane ride over, I became very anxious when I noticed a diamond on the side of my engagement ring became loose. First thing once in town, I went to see Wil. In just 45 minutes, he not only fixed and secured the loose diamond, he discovered several other loose diamonds, as well, and tightened all of them for a very, very reasonable rate!! He not only was extremely accommodating for last-minute Christmas emergencies, but the peace of mind he provided was priceless. I was absolutely blown away....
