I don't know what all these negative reviews are about the owner. I met her yesterday at my local Farmer's market. I wanted some raw bee pollen and raw honey, since I caught a cold, and the owner had a magical jar of both in one! Quality raw honey doesn't come cheap, only store bought processed honey is cheap. Plus, I thought it was reasonably priced for the quality. Anyway, the owner was super patient with me as I browsed her booth. My clumsy self even bumped into her stand with a bunch of candles, and although it wobbled, nothing fell. I felt so bad and apologized profusely, and instead of telling me to be more careful (which would be totally understandable), she sweetly told me not to worry and also said, "If the candles broke, I would just use them for myself at home." Awful experience. First a lady ran out from the back and yelled at my son and got nasty at me. She asked what I was doing, I told her I was waiting to purchase something because the man at the register had a customer. She rudely said she could help me then and it would be eight dollars, Grabbed the cash out of my hand and then took the item and the cash and walked to the register where she proceeded to ignore me. I went over and waited patiently for her to hand the product back and when she did not, I asked her nicely if I could get it. She glanced up and put it on the counter really quickly, and then went back to ignoring me. Not sure what we did, but the man at the register was extremely polite to us prior to this...

I stumbled across this store when I was touring flagstaff with my family and I am forever grateful. I bought the Shea and Jojoba oil moisturizer and have been using it religiously for two years now. My skin has NEVER been better (except maybe when I was a baby). I buy this every few months and it lasts me forever! It’s so deeply healing and moisturizes without breaking out my very sensitive skin. I buy this for my mom and sisters and they love it too! It’s my go to gift for friends as well. Can’t recommend this place enough, very helpful and wonderful people who run it. Very knowledgeable and kind. 10/10 establishment. I hope they never go out...
