If possible I’d give 0. My son is special needs and the lady working yelled at my son for dropping a tee shirt on the floor. I was heading in there to buy a hat. I will be telling everyone not to go here for that fact that the lady yelled at my son who has special needs. She did not even talk to me. Just gave me an evil look. Sad that I drove 2 hours for her horrible service...

Tried returning a $40 unworn hoodie a couple days after Christmas with receipt and UPC sticker in hand and the store owner denied my request. It was only ten days after purchase. Buyer beware! This shop cannot compete in the 21st century. It'll go out of...

Great place for souvenir items. Hats, shirts, decals, etc. Lots of variety and designs mostly featuring Grand Canyon, Route 66, and Flagstaff. Friendly employees took care of us and we will return if we are ever in...
