The only people doing their jobs and not socializing or slacking off were the two managers. Spoke to a worker there wanting a pair of shoes. She talks on her walkie and says they’ll bring them out. 10 minutes go by and no one comes out. Ask the worker again they say they didn’t have that size but had a size smaller, go to buy and spend 30 minutes waiting another 20 standing at the register before one of the managers come to check me out. All while 5 other workers are standing around just talking while the other manager was trying to get them to do some work before the store closed. Will not be going back until changes are made. My fiance bought me shoes that didnt fit and i didnt like them on December 23rd for Christmas so i brought them back on December 26th when stores were open again from the Holiday being over… was told before i even walked in that i cant get my money back i can only exchange.. So i had to spend more money to “exchange” … this is ridiculous this was my first time in this store and will definitely be last the customer service was horrible an the fact that the receipt says i CAN get my money back and yall didnt honor that… i will NEVER shop here again and i will be telling everyone i know not to shop here either…yall need...

Workers are just plain rude, and have an attitude. Asked for the shields for inside the shoes and got the box shoved in my hand, then got the shoe I was holding snatched out of my other hand. Then got attitude when I asked for a different right shoe because it was creased, got attitude yet AGAIN when I double checked the new shoes for any defects. Will NEVER...
