Spencer's — Local services in Florence

I go into Spencers every time I go to the mall and buy piercings due to me having over 10 piercings in my body. I love the people that work there I even have a couple of friends that work there or used to work there. But the last couple of times I've been in there the really large lady with green hair ( manager there said her name is Kristen) has been rude and very unprofessional. I asked her if she could get me a piercing out of the case and she looked at me rolled her eyes and walked away. As she was walking away me and my girlfriend could hear her cursing saying terrible things about us. This employee is making Spencer's look really bad and...

I wouldn't even give a star but to leave a review you have to, but honestly I used to enjoy this store, but lately there just trashy the mall location itself isn't worth the time anymore it's not a safe place to shop, and when you go into Spencer's... Apparently having a laugh and buying adult gag gifts for a friend isn't allowed by the employees and they like to snatch things out your hand... So next time if y'all visit said store, have no emotion, or experience... Just get what you maybe want to buy and leave. Will not be going back to there store. Only takes that 1 rude employee to show what kinda people...

The store itself was stocked properly and the staff seemed OK. I do no like the fact that after walking in they approached a man near me and asked him yo PUT HIS MASK on now it was on and had just slipped a bit. The way this was approached left me wanting to leave. I do understand what rules are and why, but to help you out in customer service next time you approach someone ask first if you can help them out anyway possible then kindly ask them to make sure they mask is fully complete on face, but you didn't so I have the right to have my opinion.
