During a weekend girls trip we walked in to browse the store. I had on a Consuela purse that they happen to sell in store. While browsing the store, a manager/employee (maybe the owner) approached me and asked me, “That’s your bag, right?”, then stating “People sometimes take the Consuela bags and steal them from the store and wear them out.” accusing me of shoplifting, because they sold the same bag in store, despite it being my personal property ordered directly from the Consuela website years prior. Never in my life have I been accused of stealing, and it was extremely disrespectful and hurtful to be accused while simply browsing the store with my purse filled with my belongings because they happened to sell the same one. Beyond ridiculous to be accused of something like that because they happen to carry the purse I had on, despite doing nothing...
