To whom this may concern,
My friend and myself were looking at the Halloween stuff this Kirkland’s still have in stock and I noticed the Halloween merchandise was 75% off. I was not sure if this 75% applied to the regular price or the sale price marked. There were TWO Kirkland’s employees right next to me having a conversation about whatever and I politely said “excuse me” to get their attention. Neither one of these employees turned to help. I thought maybe they didn’t hear me, so I spoke a little louder and said “excuse me” again. One lady turned and looked at me but continued her conversation. I walked up to them and brought the piece of merchandise I was asking about and said excuse me again. The lady turned to me and said, “what can I help you with?” I was taken back by her attitude. I asked her if the sale price was off the original price or the markdown price. She replied VERY RUDELY “I don’t know.” I then asked her if she could ask someone else to find out because I wanted to buy some stuff. She turned to the lady she was talking to and asked her. The lady interrupted her and said “it’s obvious it would be off the original price. No one ever gives a sale on marked down prices.” I turned to my friend and gave her a look of shock because I could not believe how rude this lady was being. The two ladies started to go through boxes of dogs with pumpkins, which is what I was looking at. I asked them if they had a weenie dog one but was yet again ignored. They found the one I was looking for and when I said I would like to purchase it, they both ignored me and said she was going to put it up on the counter for herself. I asked them if they had another one and the lady replied, “no that’s the only one” and then she said to my friend and myself “we’re so bad, aren’t we?” and walked away...
Read moreI usually go to Allen and Prosper. I have been a customer for years and loved my experiences on both branches until I visited Frisco today. Andrea, made sure Caucasian shoppers know about the discounts. She walked pass me multiple times and went to another Caucasian person to tell them about the sale and if they needed assistance. Anyways, the only reason I came in this branch is because I was looking for this particular bunch of flowers in yellow and cream color that was sold out in Prosper. I went to the cash register to ask Andrea if they still have stock. I handed her the item (in a different color)and then she started typing. As I was standing infront of her (wondering what's taking so long, i cant read her mind), she suddenly started talking to her co-worker about their precious nails. She didnt have the courtesy to tell me that the system was still uploading, instead, she made me stand infront of the counter clueless of what is happening. I guess their conversation is more important than a good customer service which is the epitome of her job. So there you go, conclusion is that she is bad at her job. So, yeah... I think I won't go back to...
Read moreI was in this location last night around 8:20. The clerk had the dry sweeper going across the floor, looked up, saw me & kept going so I spoke first, there for about 16 minutes, she never said anything to me & then started conversing with the other clerk who was talking about her child. Even when I looked at them to say thank you as I was walking out the door I decided not to say anything just to see if 1 of the 2 would at least say thank you for stopping by, come again or something but they never did. There’s far too many other home decor stores to spend my money at. Also, no one was there when I arrived nor did anyone come in the entire time. Really sad how many stores are going out of business now days & I see why. Easier to shop on line to avoid employees who can chat amongst themselves but can’t even say hello to ONE PERSON in an...
