Last year while in Gatlinburg, TN we visited your store and I bought some gluten free cookies which were delicious. Last week we were in Myrtle Beach and I visited your location in Barefoot Landing. I got a large bag of the Gluten Free Key Lime cookies..... I didn't get a chance to open them until we were on our way home and wanted a snack in the car. Unfortunately, 70% of the bag was crumbs :( If we weren't already far into N.C. I would've brought them back and asked for a refund. I couldn't tell on the shelf that it was mostly crumbs because I couldn't see thru the bag. I understand this might've happened if I had them shipped to my house, but I surely didn't expect this when I bought them at your store. They weren't crushed by me either, I had them in the kitchen cupboard at the condo and they went directly into the car from there. I don't think I'll be back, very disappointed I spent almost $20 for a bag...

The coffee is pretty decent however my rating is based off of my experience in the store. I was in Gatlinberg on holiday and as I passed Byrd's Famous Cookies, curiosity got the best of me and I had to stop in. The cookies were relatively expensive but there were samples on the front counter, so of course I tried one to see what all the hype was. The cookies are made to be dry and crunchy, which is fine, however I began choking on the cookie because of the small, dry, fine particles. I'm coughing to the point of tears and cant even talk but I take the bag of coffee grounds I had picked out for purchase, to the register. Two employees (one male, one female) are watching me choke and be unable to speak from behind their register. The girl tells the boy, "if she needs water she has to pay for it." The male ends up giving me a bottle of water anyway, free of charge. That was...

Had an incredible experience. As my Wife and I came across this place last Christmas and absolutely fell in love with the quality of the items sold. We purchased a variety of items and not a one of them were a disappointment.

On this trip my Wife was laser focused to get the ginger snaps. We were told they had sold out. But when we asked the lady behind the gentleman cashing us out, we could tell she was holding back. I am in sales and my job is to read people. I asked her "ok you are holding out on us" laughing as I said it. She admitted she had some put back in a sample jar. She then pulled the jar out and proceeded to put some in in a small box. She then said since they were samples they could not charge us for them. And told us thank you for our business.
