I got two rings resized with Kathy and would definitely go back in the future. Extremely cozy shop for one! Very welcoming vibes. Very informative and open about the processes of resizing and time estimates. She said mine would take two weeks and it too almost exactly that amount of time. She called when they were done and I picked up a few days later. There was a slight mishap in the price quoting but she was very accommodating when I brought it to her attention. No fuss and no stress! Priced very fairly overall as well. My rings fit perfectly now. You literally cannot tell they were resized at all. Thank you Kathy! Hope to do business with you again. I made an account just so I could write this woman a review. This woman is an incredible artist!! I am soon leaving Greenville and I’m devastated I won’t be close to her shop any longer. Kathy has done all my wedding party’s jewelry, my husbands band, my band, and I always go to her for gifts when I need something special. Once I got my ring caught and twisted it and lost diamonds, she was there and fixed it for free and really fast too. She’s got unique pieces and she can pretty much design anything your heart desires oh and her prices are super great. She is truly talented.
