Crumbl — Restaurant in Hanford

The worse costumer service always !!! Walked in at 9:30 and they were "sold out" of all cookies except 1. And I was going to pay cash and wanted to ask her if they were going to make more cookies and she left me unattended for at least 5 min not even glanced at me once so I was looking at her to get her attention she finally said can I help you in a very rude way so I said yes I'm going to pay cash so When I asked if they were going to make another batch and the girl looked at me confused and said we're going to have some next week thats why I'm making more. As soon as I walked out and in my car she started throwing her hands up and laughing with her manager and looking at me (was the only car) making movements with her hands towards my direction. I'm going in there to buy cookies buuuuy with money not asking for anything free. And they treat a costumer so low. Love this place, however still some kinks to work out with their ordering process, staff etc. Went over the weekend, chaos behind the counter boxes were being handed out with chocolate smeared on them. Orders were being screwed up left and right. People were getting ready to have their orders handed to them only to find out they were out of one cookie and the box went back and the wait started all over again. People were getting the wrong orders. Very slow and unorganized. Ended up getting a refund only to find out the manager was sitting in the back while the front area was sinking. I have faith in this place and want to see it succeed. Understandable, it’s a very fast pace and high demand. Dont want to see it get a bad rap or people lose interest in going. So, I've visited here more than 6 times an everytime that I've come, there are always boxes and scraps of cardboard in the waiting area of the store, which is a tripping hazard, given that the space is small and can get very crowded quickly, especially when the orders get backed up as this is the only crumbl in town. The cookies usually tastes the way that they are supposed to. I do not have a problem with the price of these cookies, because these cookies are designed to be more of a specialty cookie. The parking situation is kind of out of Crumbl's hands, given that they share the parking lot with many other stores and restaurants. Their staff is fair...I've never had any problems with the staff.
