I come to Jamba every other week and lately Iāve been having problems with this carrot karma drink I get, last week I believe I came ordered the drink and my mango pieces werenāt at the bottom of the drink they were blended in so I had called to get a remake and the floor lead/manager the white guy with the broken finger said very rudely he was the one that made the drink and he put it at the bottom, the attitude was unnecessary. Today 3/18/2023 around 530ish I got the same drink carrot karma and had asked for the pieces at the bottom of my drink and got charged for it when I didnāt want extra? I just wanted to make sure they were at the bottom like they were supposed to be and the same rude manager/floor manager made the drink and a quarter of the drink is big pieces of mango??? the management is so poor and employees...

Are the 3 other employees not allowed to speak on the phone?? I should've turned around then. After placing my order, I was in the far corner by the bathroom by myself. No one was within 10 feet of me. I pulled my face diaper down so I could scratch my nose and I hear one of the girls barking "Sir you need to put your mask on!!!" Stop it with the covid craziness..
