ALO — Local services in Honolulu

Review done in Dec 2024: After a year, I visited the shop on last Sunday Dec 22, spent well above USD350 and is supposed to be entitled to their alo yoga signature large tote bag. However the big size long brunette lady likely to be the supervisor or manager of this store said there is none to give to me.

And I visited the same store 2 days later on Tuesday Dec 24, I had spent close to USD300, asked the lady staff if I could be given an alo tote bag since I was not given one 2 days ago. I saw the front paying customers purchased less than me and were given out alo tote bags. The lady staff at cashier replied it was against their policy?!

What ridiculous ALO YOGA policy is this? Or merely trash policy made up by bimbo staff and manager was wearing fake crystal rock. Anyhow, I told her to check the 2 days ago transaction and speak with her manager. After they had discussed and she gave me one. Why do the Alo staff and manager made things ridiculous and have the cheeks to talk about poorly written policy to a entitled customer? Pure trash ! Whole shop is now being run being bimbos with rolling eyes including that silly tall untrained security guard at the door ! This guard wasnt able to suss out real rich buyer from small poor punks !

Review done in Dec 2023: My experience with each staff was very welcoming, helpful, good products knowledge, therefore it was a easy purchase and repeated visit for another huge purchase few days later during our trip...

Love to support stores so they don’t go out of business. Unfortunately today I went to exchange an item. The girl at the counter (the lead supervisor) stated I can no longer return/ exchange since I’m 9 days late. (I was sick and unable to come in earlier). Stated their policy to return is 30 days. I understand, but there are situations that arise that can not be controlled. After asking if I can have store credit to continue shopping, she said she’s out of gift cards. (Really?) Store Manager (she was brunette) was so rude! We were visiting from California and went in to do some vacation shopping and we weren’t greeted at all and the store manager had so much attitude and she seemed to hate her job and was annoyed and would roll her eyes if we asked any questions. When I asked to speak to the store manager she rolled her eyes and said she was the manager of the store and went and stood behind the counter and we could literally hear them gossiping about us with the employees working.
