Customer service was bad! Definitely prejudged my wife and I and made us feel like we shouldn't be there! Really didn't appreciate that! Maybe it was the time of day, maybe the representatives didn't know how to properly communicate I don't really know. But what do know, is that I had a bad experience. It was a pleasure to be welcomed by Ms Amy Wu at Bvlgari. We were visiting Honolulu from Canada and wished to visit the local Bvlgari store at Ala Moana Center, which we found to have an extensive collection of beautiful fine jewellery. Ms Amy was very courteous and knowledgeable about the collections and specifically the one we were interested in (Serpenti). My husband and I visited this store in March 2024 to purchase a 25th anniversary gift. Needless to say we were assisted by a young sales lady named Amy Wu who was very friendly, helpful and attentive. We were casually dressed but received top notch service. Some luxury stores can make judgements when you I walk in the store but not Amy. We purchased a beautiful bangle after trying on many different items.
