The location was great! Rebecca with Hawaii Dream Realty LLC was responsive and kind. But we were unhappy with what was advertised/promised and what was delivered. Plus a couple safety concerns.

The unit was advertised with a bathroom and snack bar on the pool level. And a sauna in each men and women's bathrooms. These were closed and down for construction for 13 months that started 3 months before we got there and we were not informed. One elevator is down for 13 months which made for 30+ minute wait times to go up and down...to leave or return for the day, or even to just go to the pool. Not having a bathroom on the pool deck made it inconvenient with kids to go up to the 19th floor to go to the bathroom or get a snack, especially with the elevator wait times. These amenities helped us choose this place. We were very disappointed and inconvenienced.

The beds are not comfortable, although many reviews say they are. All of us had really rough nights.

The slider door was off the tracks and my 9 year old got locked out on the balcony. It scared her and was dangerous. My husband is a carpenter, so he was able to lift it and get her inside and squeeze outside to lift it back on the track completely. But that is a safety hazard. The floor was lifting in some places, and I cut my foot.

Just not what we were expecting for the price. But the location to the beach and Rebecca's customer service were why I gave...

I spoke with Tonya Coutsourakis who is by far one of the worst RealEstate agents I have ever met! I came in with an honest $350,000 and tried to upsell me into a $450,000 apartment unit. Every time I would try to talk, she would just constantly interrupt me and my significant other and scoffed at my price budget. It was not only hurtful since I worked really hard for that money, but making me and my honey feel like we couldn't own a home.. she's just nasty and greedy and there's 1000s of better agents out there. I hope the company can reevaluate her performance and put her on remedial training since she is so arrogant, selfish and cocky. This is 2022! How is this...

Cannot recommend the Team @ Waikiki enough. The Ladies went above & beyond their duty. Even coming out late one night to let us back in to condo when key was locked in. They were honest, kind, considerate & caring checking in to see if everything was ok. The apartment/ condo was more than we expected. Very well equipped. Close to everything. Loved both balcony view's & been a corner condo the view was unreal. Loved it. Would not hesitate to recommend them & if I go back to Waikiki it is where I will stay....
