Kahulale'a — Local services in Honolulu

This is the worst quality clothing I have ever purchased at the Ala Moana Center. I bought three dresses and one pair of pants from Kahulale’a. I hand washed this in cold water before wearing it. But the dress had serious fading and dyed the surrounding areas green. See the videos. I thought it had quality issue. So I went back to the store and asked for a return. But they refused. A store clerk said it must have been stained because I washed it with other clothes. I told her that I hand washed this one separately in cold water. If it was dyed from other clothing, why wasn’t the white lining inside dyed? See the picture. Another store clerk said she could give me the designer’s email and I could ask him why the dress was fading. What?!!! The store owner was not there that day. The clerk said the owner would call me back to resolve the matter. But a few days past, I never received a call from the owner.
