Worst salon ever, would give zero stars if I could. just read their recent reviews. I went in for a perm and haircut. She finished both in under 30 minutes. I specifically told her to leave my hair long. She then proceeded to chop off all my hair then ask me if this is a good length. She then immediately started perming which I was surprised because she spent less then 5 minutes cutting my hair. She then permed my hair which took less then 15 minutes, start to finish. My hair wasn’t even curly. I then mentioned my hair wasn’t curly, she then got mad and sassy too me saying it’s curly and sprayed my hair with water to show me. Which it still wasn’t. I then got off my chair to pay her and she threw her rag in the ground with so much attitude. Which I guess she thought I didn’t see. The whole experience I also felt super judged. I then paid while she stared at me to see if I would tip. Which of course I didn’t. She then gave a smug look and said bye. Horrible experience, won’t ever be going back. Highly recommend this salon! I’ve been coming here for about 2 years, and sandy has always been very professional, accommodating, and comfortable. I dye my hair often, so it is important to find someone that will take care of my hair health. Her hair “clinic” is a special treatment, and it does wonders to keep my hair soft and healthy.
