The Ritz-Carlton Spa, Waikiki Beach — Local services in Honolulu

Great hotel beautiful rooms and comfortable bed however the only reason for 3 stars is because my husband and I’s flight was delayed and although our check out was 12 pm we stayed at the pool to kill some time since our flight got delayed unfortunately till 11pm. However after sitting at the pool I realized how will I shower before my flight and asked the front desk if I had any options they basically told me that I could either purchase another room (that’s a joke right)? They told me I could purchase a spa treatment and made sure to tell me what my “cheapest” spa treatment option was (which made me feel like okay so you think I’m cheap?) to use the showers there and there’s an outdoor rinse off shower by the kids pool. I just kind of walked away feeling weird I couldn’t believe they wouldn’t accommodate there guests for a shower? After staying there the past two nights and on my honeymoon. I would think they would want to make this experience memorable and fantastic instead I basically have only one options to purchase a 170 facial for a shower or 700$ room. My fiancé and I had a lovely massage here. We both got the endless escape. I was with Aki.

We started off getting in our comfy robes and placing our things away. The spa changing rooms are very well equipped. The robes are so softtt! We were then taken to the relaxation lounge where we relaxed for 20 mins then we’re taken to our separate rooms for our massages which lasted 105 mins. They were honestly exceptional! It’s very rare you find a masseuse who’s just right for you - not too painful not too soft. Aki sat me down and asked me exactly what my main concerns were. She truly focused on my problem areas. The massage bed is very comfy and very high tech. It can adjust at different angles and heats up. They also provide knee support and neck support when needed. All these little fine touches made the experience well worth it and I would highly recommend...

The Ritz Carlton Spa at Waikiki Beach is wonderful. The ambience is serene with a resort botanical setting. My stress relief massage was just perfect. I do think that the message is worth every penny that you pay. My massage therapist tailored my massage to the areas that I wanted to focus on. At the end, she also gave me a few at home practices...
