My experience at Bottega Veneta was a great one, especially that this was my first introduction to the brand. David was our client advisor and he was great. I came in wanting to look at the parachute and small andiamo bags. David was knowledgeable and personable– he shared information about the brand, some of the history behind the bags and showed me multiple colors that were available, which I greatly appreciated. I just wanted to acknowledge my SA, Jenny, for her hard work and kindness at this location. Initially, I was debating between Chanel and Bottega my bday bag. Meeting Jenny, I found the most elegant and beautiful Arco bag! She patiently showed me different leather options and even sent me different pics via text after my first visit.
