Experience was the worst I’ve ever had in a retail store. Both women working, I think one was the owner, were absolutely rude not only to me and my friend, but to everyone that entered the store. My friend picked up an outfit that looked like a dinosaur and we both started laughing because we were thinking how cute it would look on my dog. The younger lady of the two. came over to us and said in almost a scolding tone “what’s so funny?” I replied that the outfit is so cute. She snorted and went back behind the counter. As in one of the other reviews, I felt like we were being followed (stalked) as if we were going to steal something. When I told my son about my experience he said the same thing happened to him and his wife. I told a friend about it and she said the same thing. I can’t understand the few good reviews they’ve gotten with all the poor reviews unless they have Dr Jeckle and Mr. Hyde personalities. I certainly won’t...

We were there on 1/7, around 1:30p and the sales associate couldn't have been more rude to the customer, and her two kids before us. When she came to us the rudeness and overly opinionated continued. She chastised EVERYONE with how we didn't know anything in how to treat our pets. She was even so rude in choosing sizes for our pets and how she knew better. She said, "I don't care if you believe me or not, you're wrong..." That wasn't even the worst of it, somehow she brought up politics and became even more rude because of our personal views differed from hers. If this business is going to prosper, they need to get rid of this overly opinionated rude person. She was even more rude to the friends that were with us and had a 16 year old dog. I like the place, but the staff is unbelievably rude. I’ve been to this store many times, cause I love the idea of it. Though bullterrier stuff is always sold out. But the unforgettable thing about this is store is how much negative energy you can get from the lady who works here. Such a bitter person. I was walking into the store at 3:30 pm, and she basically pushed me out of it, saying she needed a 10 minute break to eat, and she would come back after that. We waited outside until she came back, when she was back she said “I’m gonna be gone for ten minutes” and I was like “again?” and she said “can’t I use the bathroom?” Then she changed her mind, and with a terrible complaining vibe she let us in.
